Development cooperation is currently in a critical phase. The populations of donor and recipient countries are increasingly wary of development aid. The original goal of using foreign aid to accelerate the development process in developing countries has, in most cases, evidently been missed. The author provides a well-founded explanation and systematic overview of development aid in this book.
