Manuel Burba provides new insights into the collaboration of project teams in the automotive industry, focusing on project meetings, thereby expanding the existing body of research. He was able to model meeting-related variables in this context at both the individual and group levels. The author illustrates the process of collaboration in project meetings and examines the relationships to meeting satisfaction. For the first time, a comparison is made between collaboration in project meetings and that in meetings of work teams. The observed differences can be attributed to the various characteristics of work and project teams.
