The success of companies, as well as private and public institutions, is increasingly determined by their ability to meet both internal and external quality requirements. Comprehensive quality management concepts are already being used as a basis for designing organizational structures. This work primarily aims to analyze relevant features and processes for the development and implementation of a standards-oriented quality management system in organizations. Building on this, a systematic guide is developed that focuses on process-oriented quality management in organizations. In this context, the importance of the interplay between process optimization and quality management will be highlighted. The author provides a practical guide for the creation and implementation of quality management.
