Eravior is a fantasy world that has been ruled by three emperors for decades. Dwarves, humans, and shadow runners live peacefully side by side. However, dark times are approaching, bringing with them three characters who could not be more different. They are still unaware of the perilous path that the gods and fate have chosen for them.

While writing the book, stories like 'The Lord of the Rings', as well as 'Game of Thrones', and not least the classic role-playing game 'The Dark Eye' served as inspiration.
