Product details
The study illustrates, using the example of the Leer Health Promotion Program (LGFP), ways to positively influence the health of unemployed individuals and employees in job centers, while also promoting participation in social life. Based on the health model of salutogenesis by Aaron Antonovsky, the health situation of unemployed people is analyzed, health resources and stressors related to unemployment are identified, and the potentials for health promotion are developed. The fundamental assumptions are that unemployed individuals possess resources and that health plays a significant role in this context.
