Product details
The Mühlkreisbahn is a single-track branch line running through the Mühlviertel region in Upper Austria, located north of the Danube. The 58 km long route begins at the Linz Urfahr station in the Linz district of Urfahr, initially follows the Danube, and then continues inland in a northwestern direction over the Saurüssel into the valley of the Grosse Mühl. After reaching an elevation of 627 m, it descends back into the valley and, following a stop at the Premonstratensian Abbey of Schlägl, arrives at the terminal station Aigen-Schlägl. A guide to the Mühlkreisbahn and its surroundings up to the Bohemian Forest from 1888, illustrated with a map and numerous advertising posters on panels. Reprint of the original edition from 1888.
