The didactically proven "Fair Play" concept for lower secondary education is continued and consistently aligned with the new educational plan for Baden-Württemberg. Every topic included is addressed, and all specified sub-competencies are covered in the new "Fair Play." Ethical and moral judgment formation with practical intent: The primary goal of ethics education is the development of ethical and moral judgment. Students should be empowered to shape a self-determined and responsible life. Basic competencies: The process of judgment formation occurs through various process-related sub-competencies: perceiving and empathizing, analyzing and interpreting, arguing and reflecting, assessing and deciding. These four competency pairs are consistently and transparently selected together in "Fair Play.".
