This realization has been increasingly recognized in recent years in physiotherapy, sports science, and medicine. Muscular connective tissue plays a significant role in well-being, mobility, performance, and health. The so-called fasciae transmit the force of the muscles, communicate with the nervous system, serve as sensory organs, provide protection and facilitate the exchange of substances in the internal organs, and form the foundation for a beautiful body shape. What was previously attributed only to muscles can also be done by connective tissue: it reacts to stress and stimuli, and when fasciae become knotted or stuck, pain and movement problems can result. Therefore, the fasciae should be specifically trained - just 10 minutes twice a week is sufficient.
