Product details
In the 1930s, Ralph Nelson Elliott discovered that trends and corrections in the stock market follow clearly identifiable patterns. Although these patterns repeat in form, they do not necessarily do so in terms of duration or magnitude. Elliott was able to isolate a total of 13 patterns or waves that recur in price data. He named, defined, and illustrated these patterns. He referred to this phenomenon as the Wave Principle, which still represents the best available forecasting tool. Prechter and Frost explain the theory of the Wave Principle in simple, clear language in the classic "The Elliott Wave Principle." With this volume, we have attempted to produce a work that comprehensively addresses this topic in a way that we hope appeals not only to experienced analysts but also to those interested in it.
