Erica Bänziger feels at home in warm climates and is deeply rooted there. Her residence in Ticino stems from a desire to be closely connected to the Mediterranean region. The former dietitian, who has additional training as a nutrition and health consultant, is more than just a recipe author. The focus of her work is always the product, the food, which she first examines holistically and then integrates into a healthy, honest kitchen. Here, she develops new and interesting dishes based on traditional recipes that complement and enrich the traditional cuisine.
