The FORSCHERZEIT themed magazine "Body and Healthy Nutrition 1/2" offers children the opportunity to explore and discover essential aspects of a healthy lifestyle based on their own experiences in a hands-on manner. They can become aware of their own physicality and develop a responsible attitude, acquire and deepen essential knowledge about body parts and functions, describe and recognize the health-promoting effects of movement and sports, as well as outline the characteristics of a healthy diet. Additionally, they can become aware of and question their eating habits. While working on the topic, children familiarize themselves with fundamental scientific thinking, working, and action methods through selected examples.
