The book "Foundations of Civil Justice" offers a comprehensive analysis of access to civil justice from various disciplines and legal traditions. It develops a new research framework aimed at systematically and organizedly promoting critical analysis of the justice system. This framework highlights the tensions between the different values considered central to the civil justice system. Through this analysis, it becomes possible to make conscious and reflective decisions about the values that should be prioritized in the reform of justice systems.
