The advancing globalization poses significant challenges to the Vietnamese legal system. Neither competition law nor its framework, the economic constitution of the country, can therefore be considered definitively established. By examining the economic constitutions of Germany and the European Union, the author conducts comparative reflections, the results of which he applies to Vietnam. In this way, he can offer potential solutions to pressing issues.
