Product details
Bernhard Weiss (1880-1951) served as Deputy Police President in Berlin from 1927 until his dismissal in 1932. Weiss, a doctor of law, a World War participant, and an engaged German citizen of Jewish faith, fled to Prague in March 1933. Later, the now stateless individual found refuge in London, where he died in 1951. The biography traces the life stages and the work of this Prussian-German patriot and combative Republican.
