Energieflexibilität in der deutschen Industrie

Product details
Energy from renewable resources is not always available at will. With the continuous expansion of renewable energies, the volatility in the energy system will increasingly manifest in the future. Companies must be able to design their processes and operational organization in such a way that energy consumption can at least partially adapt flexibly to the volatile energy supply - a paradigm shift away from continuous and purely demand-driven energy consumption towards an adaptable, energy-flexible operation. In addition to the development of technologies, concepts, and measures for the energy flexibility of industrial processes, a second focus of future work will be on the development of a comprehensive IT infrastructure that enables companies and energy providers to make the best use of energy flexibility in the future.
This specialized book presents implemented practical examples of energy-flexible factories as well as the IT infrastructure and technologies for their realization. It builds on the key findings of research conducted during the third phase of the Kopernikus project SynErgie.
