Punctuation marks are an important part of German spelling. They divide sentences and texts into meaningful units and serve to accurately convey the meaning of a statement in written language. It is particularly important to master punctuation well in application letters, correspondence, or instructional texts. Unfortunately, many young people find it difficult to use punctuation correctly. With this teaching material, available in three differentiation levels for grades 5 to 7, your students will acquire extensive foundational knowledge of punctuation in German. After a short self-test, the practice plan includes commas, dashes, semicolons, and quotation marks, among others. Following a small final test, students will receive a "license" in class A, B, or C. All worksheets, solutions, tests, and certificates are also provided in an editable format.
