The book "Fuzzy Logic-Based Algorithms for Video De-Interlacing" offers a comprehensive examination of the application of fuzzy logic in video and image processing. The authors, who are part of the Fuzzy Logic research group at the Microelectronics Institute in Seville, bring decades of experience in the development of fuzzy logic-based systems. These systems were originally designed for microelectronics, utilizing techniques such as ASICs, FPGAs, and DSPs. This work presents an innovative approach to pixel interpolation that replaces traditional, clear methods with fuzzy-based approaches.
