Labor law has numerous connections to tax law, and tax advisors are not only involved in consulting, for example during business transfers, but also act as employers themselves. This work specifically addresses the situation of tax advisors and explains the labor law questions and solutions for their mandates and their own firms. It identifies important legal sources, clarifies the conditions for establishing, terminating, and limiting employment, addresses the question of "employee or self-employed," and offers solutions for business transfers as well as occupational pensions and other social benefits.
