This work demonstrates for the first time how sustainable changes in behavior training can be achieved using the method of "empathetic self-reflection." Based on current insights from psychology and complexity research, the authors explain the proper handling of complex topics. Examples from training practice illustrate the correct clarification of objectives, successful implementation, and effective support for subsequent transfer work. This leads to impactful impulses and results for the organization.
