The DIN SPEC 91020 was published on July 4, 2012, and is the world's first publicly recognized standard for a certifiable Occupational Health Management System. Companies invest significant resources in health promotion measures, often without systematic analysis and sustainability. This book provides a guide for the systematic introduction and optimization of an OHM for both internal and external stakeholders of an organization, regardless of its industry or size. It is part of the manuals that are already available on the market for various standards (e.g., DIN 9001) and illustrates how an Occupational Health Management System (OHM) can be implemented and operated in a company in accordance with the requirements of DIN SPEC 91020.
