Empirical studies have surveyed employees and managers on these topics and examined the role of coordinators. The author demonstrates that the themes of change support through power, strengthening the role of coordinators, raising awareness in management, supportive communication, and employee surveys as an accepted tool are key factors. Companies and their employees can achieve high external customer satisfaction when there is internal employee satisfaction, which can be verified through employee surveys.
