Corporate Real Estate Management (CREM) understands the internal management of real estate portfolios owned by institutional investors not merely as property management, but as entrepreneurial real estate management aimed at maximizing value creation. This necessitates the conclusion and execution of complex asset, property, and facility management contracts. In practice, neither the clients nor the contractors of such services are often able to apply this complex contractual law, which encompasses multiple legal fields, without legal advice. Therefore, this work provides support and guidance to the parties involved in the design and execution of the necessary contracts.
