This work aims to contribute to the ongoing discussion about the significance of the statutory health insurance physician associations in Germany and their position within the framework of the law governing contractual medical care. The possibility for the corporation to influence the development of selective contractual care models through the establishment of a service company is examined in light of the social and corporate legal organization of such entities. Constitutional limits are highlighted, and the contents of Section 77a of the Social Code Book V are explained in a practical manner.
