The textbook provides students in the Bachelor and Master of Education programs with concrete guidance in topic selection and the application of suitable methods for conducting independent research projects. The contributions explain theoretical contexts and methodological approaches in an understandable way, and from the presentations of real research projects, a variety of ideas for one's own project concepts can be developed. Research-based learning is greatly facilitated by this first comprehensive introduction, which focuses on the school context, from the beginning to the completion of an empirical research project.
