Anja-Christina Hinrichs identifies the success factors of learning transfer in professional training alongside the training itself and examines the interrelationships of these success factors. The author concludes that the critical phase for successful learning transfer is not only found after the professional training measure but extends throughout the entire development process over the course of the training. The research findings provide added value for transfer management in companies and open up new research approaches to learning transfer.
