He develops a model for professional health controlling that enables sustainable management, quality assurance, and benefit determination of corporate health management. By introducing health controlling in a large company in the metal and electrical industry, he identifies, using the Inventory for Corporate Health Promotion (IBG), health-related performance parameters alongside social, personnel, and organizational variables for the first time.
