The conference proceedings include the papers and concepts presented at the Culinary and Wine Tourism Conference 2015, focusing on the themes of culinary and wine tourism. The conference was organized by the Institute for Tourism Management at FHWien der WKW in collaboration with the German Society for Tourism Research and the IMC University of Applied Sciences Krems, International Wine Business program. Culinary experiences and wine are increasingly becoming a significant part of travel decisions and are gaining importance as an independent tourism market segment. By combining science and tourism practice, and featuring contributions in both German and English, a particularly broad target audience is addressed.
