Product details
For many acute care hospitals in Germany, efficient service delivery and enhanced patient and employee engagement are strategic success factors. To strengthen their market position, hospitals are increasingly adopting the principles of Lean Management. Based on this, Katja Pöhls examines which success factors promote the sustainable implementation of Lean Management in hospitals. Using employee and patient surveys and the PLS approach, the author derives concrete recommendations for action for the implementation of Lean Management in the inpatient setting as a result of her study.
