Organizational culture is the implicit awareness of an organization, which arises from the behavior of its members and, in turn, influences their behaviors as a collective programming. Why is there a need for work on organizational culture right now? The answer becomes clear when analyzing the existing publications on this topic: Most either sing praises to the heavens or pour condescending arguments onto the proponents of the cultural movement. It is rare to find a middle ground between these two positions, and realistic mediation positions are lacking. As a result, only a few companies succeed in establishing values and norms within the organization that promote the achievement of their goals and success in the market. The misunderstandings are too numerous.
