The authors address the procedural legal issues that have arisen in recent years in the area of transfer pricing. They analyze from both empirical and normative perspectives the practical relevance of documentation requirements, where uncertainties in the procedural law of transfer pricing exist, how significant these uncertainties are, how they can be reduced, and how access to administrative, judicial, and international legal protection can be broadened.
