Systematic communication is increasingly becoming a crucial factor for business success. The textbook "Corporate Communication" from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) provides the current expertise needed to tackle this challenge in corporate management. Based on interdisciplinary insights, a unified conceptual framework and a control model for communication management are developed. Following this, leading authors in the field present important subareas and tasks of corporate communication. The aim is to bring together key positions on the topic of communication management, incorporating marketing perspectives, communication science PR views, and new approaches to stakeholder management. The second edition has been expanded to include a new contribution on online communication.
