Product details
Silko's arrow reflects the discourse surrounding Generation Y as the youngest workforce generation currently. Through a critical reflection on the theoretical foundations of the generational concept and an empirical analysis of data from the Socio-Economic Panel, the existence of Generation Y will be examined based on statistically significant differences in values and personality profiles. The author demonstrates that a homogeneous Generation Y does not exist and, building on this, analyzes the relevance of individual value orientation for the decision-making process regarding employer choice.
