This book deals with the possibilities of positively influencing human behavior through the design of constraints. Based on action theories, a framework for analyzing actions is presented. At the center is a newly developed approach that aims to narrow individual action spaces by organizing constraints, thereby forcing desired behaviors in specific situations. In this way, it seeks to establish a foundation for the development of application-oriented methods for education, training, and leadership.
