In the assessment of psychological stress, the working conditions of all organizational areas and activity groups are examined with the aim of evaluating the nature and degree of psychologically impairing factors. If everything is fine and nothing is outside the norm, there is no need for action. However, if there are results that stand out as critical, this indicates the necessity to implement measures to regulate these deviations, aimed at improving working conditions. The discussions in this book aim to concretely present, based on practical experiences, what is necessary for the meaningful - that is, results-oriented, efficient, and effective - implementation of this process. All considerations and steps can play a role in practice. Nevertheless, each organization must decide for itself how to implement the initiative.
