Under their care, vineyards were once transformed into orchards and later into diverse meadow landscapes. Here, unique fruits like the wood apple or Nägeles pear thrive on crooked stems, from which chef and fruit grower Jörg Geiger creates innovative culinary experiences. He is dedicated to preserving this endangered cultural form.
