In this context, Karl Albrecht Schachtschneider discusses the sovereignty of the Germans and the ongoing illegality of immigration according to the constitution and law. Jost Bauch addresses the societal consequences: the decline of the state in its regulatory function and the dissolution of a coherent social structure. These processes of decline are made possible by the encroachment of law by a false moralism of self-proclaimed do-gooders and the political class's inability to implement policies in the interest of the German population.
