The American psychiatrist Milton H. Erickson (1901-1980) is widely regarded as the preeminent hypnotherapist of the 20th century. He fundamentally influenced the development of solution-focused and resource-oriented brief therapy, as well as strategic and systemic family therapy and NLP. Erickson was a practitioner of psychotherapy who did not write books. However, there are over 300 case reports attributed to him, most of which can be found in these collected works. They are accompanied by dozens of articles from professional journals and other publications. The six volumes encompass the entire scientific oeuvre of Erickson and span a period of five decades. Each of the six volumes contains a detailed subject and person index, with the sixth volume also including corresponding overall indexes.
