The aspects and influences of health described in the book, the scientifically based integrative coaching concept, and the results of guided interviews with experts from the health sector highlight the high demands for a health coaching concept within the existing healthcare system. Fourteen theses are formulated that a health coaching program with a professional standard should meet. Health is understood as a dynamic process, meaning that personal health must be continuously "created." Coaching health requires a differentiated, multi-perspective approach. The integrative approach provides practical answers to the respective theses. Integrative health coaching offers the coachee opportunities for personal development and change processes, thereby fostering the development of personal sovereignty.
