When Mark Becker receives a call from a former comrade, he has no idea of the danger he is putting himself in by agreeing to meet the caller. The caller claims to have evidence of something he cannot discuss over the phone. However, when Mark drives to meet him, the man has vanished without a trace. A few days later, a charred body is discovered in a forest near Stuttgart. The autopsy reveals that it is Mark's former comrade.
