A Floridsdorf amateur theater group is set to perform Nestroy's "He Wants to Have Some Fun." The director is former professional Herwig Walters, who incurs the displeasure of the actors when he excludes the young Haslinger over a trivial matter. They decide not to attend the next rehearsal. However, Walters also disappears without a trace. It's a challenging case for Chief Inspector Leopold, who can only be helped by Nestroy this time.
