Good Enough for God? According to recent surveys, the overwhelming majority of Christians who identify as born again believe that their salvation depends at least in part on their own behavior and actions. While they believe that Jesus died for their sins, they still feel obligated to meet a certain standard of worthiness to be "good enough" after their salvation. If that were true, what would this standard look like, and how would we know if we have met it? The church has been seeking answers to these questions for centuries, but they often lead to religious and legalistic constraints. The correct answer depends on asking the right question. The question is not: "What must we do?", but rather: "What has Jesus done?" If you understand what the Apostle Paul reveals in the Book of Romans about what Jesus has done, you will never again question whether you meet any requirements.
