About the Work

The 2nd Cost Law Modernization Act, planned for summer 2013, leads to a complete reorganization of the entire cost law. The text edition prints the full legal text of the new Courts and Notaries Costs Act (GNotKG) and presents the corresponding provisions of the previous cost regulations alongside it. This way, legal practitioners can quickly find the relevant regulations in the new cost law. The text is printed in a continuous format and in full, leaving no questions unanswered. Additionally, paragraph synopses for GNotKG and KostO are included for quick reference. A brief introduction to the new cost law completes the text collection.
