This ethics code for interacting with people in the pharmacy can serve as a guideline to help act confidently in the future and avoid misconduct. Pharmacist and long-time chamber president Erika Fink, along with communication expert Cornelia Tromm, train the awareness of ethical principles. They demonstrate how duties of care and patient autonomy can be implemented in consultations with customers.
