Member of the Bundestag Wolfgang Schwarz has a good chance of becoming a minister after the next election. However, his son Christian is facing criminal proceedings, as the student is accused of raping a fellow student. A trial could damage the candidate's career. Since Christian earnestly claims to be innocent, Schwarz hires private detective Georg Wilsberg to assist the apparently biased police. In fact, Wilsberg and his vegan assistant Franka soon stumble upon some peculiarities. It appears that Christian is the victim of a conspiracy aimed at the prospective minister.
