Jan Storm's life as a country doctor runs smoothly. However, as summer comes to an end, strange occurrences begin to pile up: a man is shot under mysterious circumstances while hunting, patients stop coming and choose miracle crystals and herbal teas instead of visiting the doctor, which turn out to be toxic.
