The rural constable Kurt Janisch has set his sights on the land and property of solitary women. As a police officer, he knows where to find his victims: on the country roads, where he notes down the license plate numbers and addresses of the women he will later visit. The first victim is a middle-aged woman. To gain possession of her house, he makes her sexually submissive.
