Understand that there is no activity in life more rewarding than meditation. It doesn't matter whether it takes a whole lifetime or just a day for good results to manifest. You should continue your meditation without distractions in a relaxed manner. Don't put pressure on yourselves; it will be easier for you to stick with it. It is not strictly necessary to adhere to fixed times for daily meditation. With the clear understanding that there is absolutely nothing more important in life than the practice of meditation, simply meditate whenever it is possible for you throughout the day. In fact, there is nothing else to gain in life.
