Abstract: Dancing brings joy. However, this does not refer to superficial fun, but to a holistic and sustainable pleasure; the joy that comes from within, from the heart, as a result of personal effort and dance performance, which is motivating. Such pleasure is based on social sensitivity and is born from silence, from inner listening and experiencing. The essence of dance lies in feelings. The tools are movements, and the material for dance is the body itself. Wherever a body moves or stands, it is surrounded by space. Space is the true realm of the dancer, as it defines the boundaries.
