Abstract: The trainer should conduct a re-test/repeat test with the athlete every 4-6 weeks. In our case study of Ms. R., a re-test was conducted after every 30 training sessions. The re-tests allow the trainer and athlete to gain an accurate picture of the current performance level. The trainer can assess the prognosis, training planning, athlete motivation, and training execution. The newly acquired data is analyzed and incorporated into the new training plan, ensuring it is adapted to the athlete's new performance level. Every athlete should document their training achievements (e.g., increased training weight) in a training diary at least once a week.
