Abstract: This paper deals with the so-called Radbruch Formula. Initially, a brief insight into its founder Gustav Radbruch, his legal philosophy, and his most significant works is provided. However, the main focus is on the legal philosophical content of the essay "Legal Injustice and Supralegal Law" by Gustav Radbruch, from which the Radbruch Formula originates. It explains the problems of the tension between positive, valid law and the moral concept of justice. The content and significance of the formula itself are discussed in detail in the first part of the paper. The second part of the paper addresses its application.
